Telemedicine with Clinique GO™

A telemedicine consultation

If there’s anything the covid-19 pandemic has highlighted, it’s the crying need for a virtual care offering that meets the needs of the population. In a difficult context for access to a family doctor in the public network, people are looking for alternatives when they encounter health problems. In this sense, Clinique GO™ offers a telemedicine service, which is intended to be very versatile and to obtain a consultation and medical advice in a few moments.

We offer more information about our telemedicine service in the following.

How does telemedicine work?

Getting a telemedicine consultation with Clinique GO™ is very easy. The consultation request is made directly through our website, by clicking on the “Book Telemedicine Appointment” button. You then fill out the form with the requested information, and you are connected with a physician within minutes.

The service is offered through a fully secure interface and can be accessed from a computer, smartphone or tablet.

A doctor available 7 days a week

Our telemedicine service is available every day, even on weekends. It is available from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. To request a consultation, click here. In addition, this service is available everywhere in Quebec!

Qualified physicians and a supervised practice

Through our telemedicine service, you can consult several doctors with different expertise. Depending on your needs and the time of the consultation request, a doctor is assigned to you. He or she has the same diplomas and qualifications as the doctors you see in the hospital or clinic. In addition, the Collège des médecins du Québec oversees this type of practice in Quebec to ensure public safety.
