General Cancellation Policy
A fee of 50% of the session fee will apply if you cancel less than 24 business hours in advance. Travel by the professional will automatically result in 100% of the fee. Since we are closed on weekends, Monday appointments must be cancelled by 11:30 a.m. on the previous Friday.
All fees already incurred and authorized by the client before the scheduled session will be paid at 100% by the client, despite a cancellation (e.g.: laboratory, preparation of forms).

Cancellation Policy Services for Psychological
The cancellation policy may vary from one psychologist to another. You will be informed of your psychologist’s cancellation policy when you make your first appointment.
Billing, Payment, and Receipt for Insurance Purposes
Payment for our services is made by preregistered credit card once the service is rendered. Instructions for pre-authorized payment will be sent to you when you open your file.
Only certain services such as respiratory therapy, home care physicians, and nursing care can be paid for on-site. Please note that physician services can be paid in cash.
Confirmation of payment will be sent to you by email.
An official receipt will be emailed to you within 24 business hours of payment for your service.

Late payment fees and interest will apply if the payment information on the pre-authorized payment form is incorrect.
The price is payable in full and in one payment following the service. All services are payable in Canadian dollars.
A fee of 1.5% per month (19.56% per year) applies from the date of service if payment is not received within 30 days of an unsuccessful payment attempt (pre-authorized payment).
Parking, report writing, or form fees may apply. Payment instructions will be provided.
