You will receive an email with a link to connect to the videoconference with your social worker a few minutes before it begins. The virtual consultation service is accessible from a smartphone, tablet, or computer. You must have access to a camera.
How the appointment works
During the first consultation, the social worker learns about the client’s needs. The social worker can then provide some advice and determine with the client the terms of the process.
Follow-ups
The next consultation and follow-ups are carried out according to the modalities previously determined.
