Who are your services for?

Our at-home services are for individuals of any age (pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients) who want to receive health care treatments in the comfort of their own home. Whether in your home or at your workspace, retirement home, convalescent centre, group home, hospital, or elsewhere, our experienced personnel will adapt their approach to your specific condition.

Which regions do you serve?

Clinique GO™ offers health services in Montreal as well as in Greater Montreal, including Laval and Longueuil. 

No matter where you are in these areas, our professionals will travel directly to your home or workspace to offer you the services you require.

GO Health Institute is available everywhere in Quebec, even in remote regions.

How long will the professional be in my home?

Our services usually last from 45 to 90 minutes, according to the needs of the client. We adopt a tailored approach for every case.

How quickly will the Clinique GO team respond to my request for a medical consultation?

Homecare physicians

Our dedicated medical appointment team generally contacts clients the same day they receive their consultation request. Please note that requests received on Friday afternoons and weekends are processed on Monday. Contact 911 in case of emergency.

 

Telemedecine

You will be contacted by a remote physician within minutes of completing our online form.

How long will the Clinique GO team take to respond to my request for a consultation with a health care professional, other than a physician?

The follow up of your request for an appointment is done within approximately 48 business hours. Since the flow of requests can vary from one department to another and from one day to another, rest assured that we will do everything possible to serve you as quickly as possible.

Which method of payment do you accept?

Payment for our services is made by credit card previously registered, once the service has been rendered.  Instructions for pre-authorized payment will be sent to you when the file is opened.

Only certain services such as respiratory therapy, homecare physician and nursing care can be paid for on site.

A confirmation of payment will be sent to you by e-mail.  

An official receipt will be emailed to you within 24 business hours following payment for your service.

Payment is made after a professional service has been rendered. No payment will be accepted before the service is rendered.

Consulting a physician can be paid cash.

Cheques are no longer accepted.

Are your services covered by insurance?

Even though most of our services are refunded by private insurance companies, coverages may vary from one policy to another and from one insurance provider to another. The amount refunded may vary and some services may not be refunded at all or certain conditions may apply. It is entirely up to the client to obtain information from their insurance provider on the conditions for reimbursement before booking an appointment. Clinique GO is in no way responsible for an insurance provider or paying agent denying reimbursement. The invoice for professional fees will be sent directly to the client. Furthermore, tax credits may be available through various governmental programs. Please obtain information from governmental agencies. Some of our mobile services are taxable.
