When should you use our telemedicine service?

  • To receive advice from an accredited physician, who practises family medicine or emergency medicine here in Canada.

  • To get a prescription if warranted; and direct shipment to the pharmacy of your choice if it is a medication.

  • Renewal of your medication previously prescribed by a specialized nurse practitioner (SPN) or a physician, and direct shipping to the pharmacy of your choice.

  • Consultation and follow-up for minor routine care requiring medical advice: sore throat, urinary tract infection, and other minor problems.

  • A minor dermatological condition, urgent or not, that can be examined by photo or video.

  • A referral to see a medical specialist or other health care professional that requires a physician’s referral.

  • To work closely with your health care professional and provide medical advice.

Our virtual consultations are available everywhere in Quebec.
Do you offer assignments for the health and social services network through your professional placement services?
Yes, we offer our health care professionals exciting opportunities in a variety of private and public healthcare institutions, mainly in the Greater Montreal area.
Who are your home care intended for?
Our home care services are intended for people of all ages (pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients) who wish to receive services in the comfort of their own homes. Whether at home or in a business, in a senior’s residence, convalescence centre, nursing home, hospital or elsewhere, our experienced professionals will adapt their approach to your condition.
In which regions are your services offered?
Clinique GO™ offers a virtual consultation service throughout Quebec as well as home health care in the Greater Montreal area, including Laval and Longueuil. No matter where you are in this territory, our professionals will provide the care you need directly to your home or workplace.
How long will the health care professional be in my home?
In general, our sessions last from 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the needs and condition of the client. The approximate duration of the session will be indicated to you when once you book your appointment.
How quickly will the Clinique GO™ team respond to my request for a medical consultation?
Home Care Physicians

Our dedicated medical appointment team generally contacts clients the same day the consultation request is received. Please note that requests received on Friday afternoons and weekends are processed on Monday. Contact 911 in case of emergency.

Telemedicine

You will be connected to a remote physician within minutes of completing our online form.
How quickly will the Clinique GO™ team respond to my request for a consultation with a health care professional, other than a physician?
Appointment scheduling is done within approximately 48 business hours. The flow of requests can vary from one department to another and from one day to another, rest assured that we will do everything possible to serve you promptly.
What payment methods are accepted?

Payment for our services is made by preregistered credit card once the service is rendered. Instructions for pre-authorized payment will be sent to you when you open your file.


Only certain services such as respiratory therapy, home care physician and nursing care can be paid for on-site. Please note that physician services can be paid in cash.


Confirmation of payment will be sent to you by email.


An official receipt will be emailed to you within 24 business hours of payment for your service.

Are your services covered by insurance?
While most of our services are reimbursable by private insurance, coverage differs from plan to plan and from insurance company to insurance company. The amount of reimbursement may vary, and some services may not be reimbursed, or certain conditions may apply. It is the client’s sole responsibility to check with their insurance company for reimbursement terms and conditions before scheduling an appointment. Clinique GO™ is in no way responsible for a denial of reimbursement by an insurer or any paying agent. Professional fee bills are sent directly to the client. Tax credits may also be available through various government programs, check with the appropriate levels of government. Some of our mobile services are taxable.
