Please note that if your request is not admissible, you will be notified. The consultation will not take place and no fee will be charged.<\/p>\n

#3 The appointment in telemedicine is confirmed <\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n

When the request is approved, you will receive a confirmation of your telemedicine appointment with the date and time.<\/p>\n

#4 You receive a secure link <\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n

Telemedicine is a fully secure service. The information shared between the patient and the health care professional remains confidential. The consultation is protected and we have strict rules regarding the protection of our clients’ data.<\/p>\n

#5 Teleconsultation<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n

After only a few moments, you can be put in contact with the doctor at the time scheduled for the teleconsultation. The doctor can then ask you questions and find out about your medical needs. If the reason for the consultation requires and allows it, a visual examination can be performed, even virtually. Finally, the consultation allows you to obtain a diagnosis, advice on the management of a condition, or a prescription or referral, if that is the nature of the initial request.<\/p>\n
