Travel by the professional will automatically result in 100% of the fee. Since we are closed on weekends, Monday appointments must be cancelled by 11:30&nbsp;a.m. on the previous Friday.<br><br>All fees already incurred and authorized by the client before the scheduled session will be paid at 100% by the client, despite a cancellation (e.g.: laboratory, preparation of forms).<br><br>Please notify us as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fees or fees incurred for the travel of the professional: <a class=\"underline bleu\" href=\"mailto:info@cliniquego.com\">info@cliniquego.com<\/a><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vce-text-block pb-50\"><div class=\"vce-text-block-wrapper vce\" id=\"el-dc1a4c68\" data-vce-do-apply=\"all el-dc1a4c68\"><h2 class=\"fs40 bold lh48 desk pr-370 no-pr\">Cancellation Policy Services <span class=\"nowrap\">for Psychological<\/span><\/h2><br>The cancellation policy may vary from one psychologist to another. You will be informed of your psychologist\u2019s cancellation policy when you make your first appointment. <\/div><\/div><div class=\"vce-text-block mobile pb-65 \"><div class=\"vce-text-block-wrapper vce\" id=\"el-ae5e9168\" data-vce-do-apply=\"all el-ae5e9168\"><h2 class=\"fs40 bold lh48 pb-10 desk pr-370 no-pr\">Billing, Payment, and Receipt for Insurance Purposes<\/h2><br><p class=\"pp\">Payment for our services is made by preregistered credit card once the service is rendered. Instructions for pre-authorized payment will be sent to you when you open your file.<\/p><br><p class=\"pp\">Only certain services such as respiratory therapy, home care physicians, and nursing care can be paid for on-site. Please note that physician services can be paid in cash.<\/p><br><p class=\"pp\">Confirmation of payment will be sent to you by email.<\/p><br><p class=\"pp\">An official receipt will be emailed to you within 24 business hours of payment for your service.<\/p><br><p class=\"ll\"><strong>Accepted credit cards:<\/strong><\/p><br><br><ul class=\"list-bleu\"><br> \t<li>Mastercard<\/li><br> \t<li>Visa<\/li><br> \t<li>Amex<\/li><br> \t<li>Discover<\/li><br><\/ul><br><p class=\"bold\">Late payment fees and interest will apply if the payment information on the pre-authorized payment form is incorrect.<\/p><br><p class=\"pp\">The price is payable in full and in one payment following the service.
