Whether in your home or at your workspace, retirement home, convalescent centre, group home, hospital, or elsewhere, our experienced personnel will adapt their approach to your specific condition.

Which regions do you serve?

Clinique GO™ offers health services in Montreal as well as in Greater Montreal, including Laval, Longueuil, the South Shore, and the North Shore. No matter where you are in these areas, our professionals will travel directly to your home or workspace to offer you the services you require.

GO Établissement is available everywhere in Quebec, even in remote regions.

How long will the professional be in my home?

Our services usually last from 45 to 90 minutes, according to the needs of the client. We adopt a tailored approach for every case.

Is there a long waiting list?

Generally, you will be able to obtain an appointment within 48 hours. We are able to quickly meet the needs of our clients. Because the number of requests can vary from one day to another, our team will do everything they can to provide service to you as fast as possible. Some alternative options may be offered to you.

Which method of payment do you accept?

We accept cheques, Visa, or MasterCard. We will send you an invoice by email or regular mail shortly following your appointment. You will be charged a cancellation fee and will be billed 50% of the session’s rate if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. You will automatically be charged the full amount once the professional departs to meet you. The medical and nursing services are paid on the spot during the consultation.

Are your services covered by insurance?

Even though most of our services are refunded by private insurance companies, coverages may vary from one policy to another and from one insurance provider to another. The amount refunded may vary and some services may not be refunded at all or certain conditions may apply. It is entirely up to the client to obtain information from their insurance provider on the conditions for reimbursement before booking an appointment. Clinique GO is in no way responsible for an insurance provider or paying agent denying reimbursement. The invoice for professional fees will be sent directly to the client. Furthermore, tax credits may be available through various governmental programs. Please obtain information from governmental agencies. Some of our mobile services are taxable.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please be ready for your appointment before the professional arrives. If you have any forms to fill out or relevant medical notes to provide, have them nearby. If you are scheduled for a physical treatment, we suggest you wear loose and comfortable clothing. Please be ready to direct the professional to the calmest and most appropriate area in your home where you can receive your services.

Do I need to have any specific equipment on hand?

Because our approach is a functional one, no specific equipment is required. We use the patient’s environment to maximize the results of our interventions.

Our massage therapists and osteopaths will have a portable table with them.
